50/50
In most cases, we are able to estimate a project within 10% of it’s final cost. Due to the nature of creative work and the interaction required for approvals, previews and discussion, 50% of the original estimated amount is due before the project begins, along with a signed copy of the estimate. The estimate contains a disclaimer which states that the estimate will fall within +/- 10% of the original amount stated. If changes are made to the scope of the project, the final cost shown on the estimate will change with a new copy signed.
If specific services our outside contracted work are necessary to complete your project, those items will be billed at 100% at signing. Big Bridge Media specific work will remain at 50/50, with full balance due upon delivery of your project.
Late fees will be incurred for completed projects not paid within 30 days of delivery.
